This Act may be cited as the El Salvador TPS Act of 2026.
SEC. 2. DESIGNATION OF EL SALVADOR FOR TEMPORARY PROTECTED STATUSTrack this section →
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall designate El Salvador for temporary protected status until the date that is 18 months after September 9, 2026.
