This Act may be cited as the Newton County Water Infrastructure Improvement Act.

Section 219(f) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835; 113 Stat. 335; 138 Stat. 3115) is amended by adding at the end the following: (599) Newton County, Georgia $23,900,000 for water and wastewater infrastructure, including water supply and distribution systems, in Newton County, Georgia..
