This Act may be cited as the Ottawa County Environmental Infrastructure Act.

Section 219(f) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835; 113 Stat. 335; 138 Stat. 3115) is amended by adding at the end the following: (599) Ottawa County, Michigan $15,000,000 for water and wastewater infrastructure, including stormwater management and surface water resource protection, in Ottawa County, Michigan..
