This Act may be cited as the San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund Reauthorization Act.

Section 110 of division B of the Miscellaneous Appropriations Act, 2001 (114 Stat. 2763A–222), as enacted into law by section 1(a)(4) of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2001 (Public Law 106–554Public Law 106-554View official source on GovInfo), is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(3)(A)(ii), by striking for a period not to exceed 10 years, following the initial date of operation of the project; and (2) in subsection (d)(1), by striking $146,200,000 and inserting $250,000,000.
