This Act may be cited as the Prior Approval Reform Act.

(a) Solicitations Section 316(b)(4)(D) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 (52 U.S.C. 30118(b)(4)(D)U.S. Code — Title 52, Section 30118(b)(4)(D)View official source on GovInfo) is amended by striking to the extent that and all that follows and inserting a period. (b) Effective Date The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to solicitations made on or after January 1, 2025.
