This Act may be cited as the Marianas Air Service Improvement Act.

Section 41731(c) of title 49, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: (c) Exception for locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and Northern Mariana Islands Subparagraphs (B), (C), and (D) of subsection (a)(1) shall not apply with respect to locations in the State of Alaska, the State of Hawaii, or the Northern Mariana Islands..
