SEC. 2. DETENTION OF CERTAIN CRIMINAL ALIENS WHO COMMIT CERTAIN PROPERTY CRIMESTrack this section →
Section 236(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1226(c)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)(E)(ii), by inserting trespassing, vandalism, arson, before burglary; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking and serious bodily injury and inserting serious bodily injury, trespassing, vandalism, and arson.
