This Act may be cited as the Healthy Start Reauthorization Act of 2025.

Section 330H(e)(1) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254cU.S. Code — Title 42, Section 254cView official source on GovInfo–8(e)(1)) is amended— (1) by striking appropriated and inserting the following: appropriated— (A); (2) in subparagraph (A), as so inserted, by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (B) $145,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030..
