This Act may be cited as the Healthy Food Financing Initiative Reauthorization Act of 2025.

Section 243(d) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 6953(d)U.S. Code — Title 7, Section 6953(d)View official source on GovInfo) is amended to read as follows: (d) Mandatory funding Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section— (1) $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 (2) $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; (3) $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; (4) $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; and (5) $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2030 and each fiscal year thereafter..
