This Act may be cited as the Make DOGE Permanent Act.

(a) Expanded access to information for Members of Congress Section 2(b) of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (31 U.S.C. 6101U.S. Code — Title 31, Section 6101View official source on GovInfo note) is amended by adding at the end the following: (5) Expanded access to information for Members of Congress (A) Real-time access to updated information The Director shall establish on the website a separate hyperlink which will be accessible solely to Members of Congress through which Members of Congress may obtain real-time access to updated versions of the information contained on the website. (B) Inclusion of information on payments made to individual recipients and Federal employees Notwithstanding subsection (a)(2)(C), for purposes providing information to Members of Congress through the separate hyperlink established under subparagraph (A), the term entity shall include an individual recipient of Federal assistance and a Federal employee. (C) Definition In this subsection, the term Member of Congress means a Senator or a Representative in, or Delegate or Resident Commissioner to, the Congress.. (b) Conforming amendment relating to timing of updates Section 2(c)(4) of such Act is amended by striking the period at the end and inserting the following:, except that the website will be updated in real time for the use by Members of Congress of the hyperlink established under subsection (b)(5).. (c) Effective date The Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall establish the hyperlink required under section 2(b)(5) of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (31 U.S.C. 6101U.S. Code — Title 31, Section 6101View official source on GovInfo note), as added by subsection (a), not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act.
