This Act may be cited as the Syria Sanctions Relief Act.

(a) Repeal of the Syria Human Rights Accountability Act of 2012 (1) In general Title VII of the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012 (22 U.S.C. 8791 et seq.U.S. Code — Title 22, Section 8791 and followingView official source on GovInfo) is repealed. (2) Conforming amendment The table of contents for such Act is amended by striking the items relating to title VII. (b) Repeal of the Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act of 2019 Title LXXIV of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116–92Public Law 116-92View official source on GovInfo) is repealed.
