This Act may be cited as the Bridge Investment and Modernization Act of 2025.

(a) Extension of authorization for bridge investment program Section 11101(b)(1)(A) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58Public Law 117-58View official source on GovInfo) is amended by striking clauses (i) through (v) and inserting the following: (i) $3,047,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; (ii) $3,127,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; (iii) $3,147,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; (iv) $3,197,000,000 for fiscal year 2030; and (v) $3,247,000,000 for fiscal year 2031.. (b) Bridge selection streamlining Section 124(c)(5) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking subparagraph (B).
