This Act may be cited as the Federal-State Partnership for Clean Water Act of 2025.

Section 104(u) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1254(u)U.S. Code — Title 33, Section 1254(u)View official source on GovInfo) is amended— (1) by striking $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026 and inserting $300,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030; and (2) by inserting, and not less than $100,000,000 each fiscal year shall be used for the development and implementation by States, interstate agencies, or municipalities (including Indian tribes) of programs to protect, manage, or restore wetlands, including the development and implementation of programs pursuant to section 404 before the period at the end.
