This Act may be cited as the Special Diabetes Program for Indians Reauthorization Act of 2025.

Section 330C(c)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254cU.S. Code — Title 42, Section 254cView official source on GovInfo–3(c)(2)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (F), by striking and at the end; (2) in subparagraph (G), by striking the period at the end and inserting and; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (H) $160,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, to remain available until expended..
