This Act may be cited as the Deportation Disclosure Act.

Section 240 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1229aU.S. Code — Title 8, Section 1229aView official source on GovInfo) is amended— (1) by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (f); and (2) by inserting after subsection (d) the following: (e) Publication of final orders of removal The Secretary of Homeland Security shall publish on the website of the Department of Homeland Security the name of each individual who has received a final order of removal after the date of enactment of this subsection, along with— (1) a photograph of the individual; (2) any aliases of the individual; and (3) the last known State in which the individual resided..
