This Act may be cited as the Our Parks Act.
SEC. 2. WAIVER OF ENTRANCE FEES ON FEDERAL HOLIDAYSTrack this section →
Section 803(e) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (16 U.S.C. 6802(e)) is amended by adding at the end the following: (3) Federal holidays For each unit of the National Park System or National Wildlife Refuge System at which an entrance fee is charged under paragraph (1), the Secretary shall not charge an entrance fee for entrance on a Federal holiday listed in section 6103 of title 5, United States Code..
