This Act may be cited as the Fill the Lake Act.

SEC. 2. REGULATION OF POOL LEVEL OF FLATHEAD LAKETrack this section →

From June 15 through September 15 of each calendar year, the Secretary of the Interior shall ensure— (1) a minimum lake level in Flathead Lake of 2892’ MSL by providing the water from Hungry Horse Reservoir; and (2) a maximum lake level in Flathead Lake of 2893’ MSL by releasing excess water downstream.
