SEC. 1. SHORT TITLETrack this section →
This Act may be cited as the Ending Exploitative Imported Labor Exemptions Act or the EXILE Act.
SEC. 2. DISCONTINUATION OF H–1B PROGRAMTrack this section →
Section 214(g)(1)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1184) is amended— (1) in clause (vi), by striking and at the end; (2) in clause (vii), by striking; or and inserting through fiscal year 2026; and; and (3) by inserting after clause (vii) the following: (viii) 0 in fiscal year 2027 and each succeeding fiscal year; or.
