This Act may be cited as the Bipartisan Transparency for American Taxpayers Act.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FEDERAL FUNDS FOR PAYMENT OF CLAIMS SUBMITTED TO ANTI-WEAPONIZATION FUNDTrack this section →

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Federal funds, including funds appropriated under section 1304 of title 31, United States Code, may be used for the payment of any claim submitted to the Anti-Weaponization Fund, established by the Department of Justice on May 18, 2026.
