This Act may be cited as the Saving FACE Act of 2026.

(a) In general Section 248 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking clinic and inserting church; (2) in subsection (d)(4), by striking abortions or other; and (3) in subsection (e)— (A) by redesignating paragraphs (1) through (6) as paragraphs (2) through (7), respectively; (B) by inserting before paragraph (2), as so redesignated, the following: (1) Abortion The term abortion means the use or prescription of any instrument, drug, substance, or device— (A) to intentionally kill the unborn child of a woman known to be pregnant; or (B) to intentionally terminate the pregnancy of a woman known to be pregnant, with an intention other than— (i) after viability, to produce a live birth and preserve the life and health of the child born alive; or (ii) to remove a dead unborn child.; and (C) in paragraph (6), as so redesignated, by striking relating to the human reproductive system and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting relating to the human reproductive system or pregnancy, excluding abortions.. (b) Table of sections The table of sections for chapter 13 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking the item related to section 248 and inserting the following: 248.
