This Act may be cited as the Anti-Fraud Fund Act of 2026.

Section 1817(k)(3)(A)(i) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395i(k)(3)(A)(i)U.S. Code — Title 42, Section 1395i(k)(3)(A)(i)View official source on GovInfo) is amended— (1) in subclause (IV), by inserting and further increased, for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2030, by $7,000,000,000 before the semicolon; and (2) by adding at the end the following flush language: In determining the limit under this clause for fiscal year 2028 or a subsequent fiscal year (through fiscal year 2031), the limit under this clause for the preceding fiscal year shall be deemed to have been equal to such limit otherwise determined under this clause, reduced by $7,000,000,000..
