That the House of Representatives— (1) congratulates Bruce Springsteen, E Street Band Members Roy Bittan, Clarence Clemons, Garry Tallent, Max Weinberg, Ernest Carter, Danny Federici, David Sancious, and all others who contributed 50 years ago to the musical masterpiece that is Born to Run; (2) celebrates Bruce Springsteen’s mark on American music, culture, and the great State of New Jersey; and (3) recognizes the importance of Federal investments in the arts and encourages continued support in nurturing American music and culture.
