That the House of Representatives— (1) welcomes the November 6, 2025, announcement regarding the Republic of Kazakhstan’s anticipated accession to the Abraham Accords, enhancing ties between Israel and Kazakhstan; (2) calls on the governments of the State of Israel and the Republic of Kazakhstan to encourage greater people-to-people ties in order to facilitate sustainability of the agreement; (3) supports the efforts of the United States to expand and strengthen the Abraham Accords; (4) urges other countries to normalize or deepen relations with Israel to bring peace and prosperity to the Middle East and neighboring regions, including by joining the Abraham Accords; and (5) supports Israel’s standing in the international community and its bilateral relationship with the United States, which serves to strengthen shared values and commitment to peace and prosperity.
