This Act may be cited as the Consolidating Aerospace Programs Efficiently at Canaveral Act or CAPE Canaveral Act.

SEC. 2. TRANSFER OF NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION HEADQUARTERS TO BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDATrack this section →

Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the headquarters of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration shall be transferred to Brevard County, Florida.
