This Act may be cited as the Strengthening Communities of Recovery Act.

Section 547 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290eU.S. Code — Title 42, Section 290eView official source on GovInfoe–2) is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking Building and inserting Strengthening; (2) in subsection (d)(2)(A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting or strengthen after build; and (3) in subsection (f), by striking $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting $16,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029.
