Section 6103(a) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to Washington’s Birthday the following: Easter Monday, the first Monday that occurs after the first Sunday that occurs after the full Moon that occurs on or after the spring equinox (commonly known as Easter Sunday)..
