This Act may be cited as the Water Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2025.

Section 1433(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300iU.S. Code — Title 42, Section 300iView official source on GovInfo–2(g)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking 2020 and 2021 and inserting 2026 through 2031; (2) in paragraph (2), by striking subparagraph (F) and inserting the following: (F) participation in training programs, and the purchase of training manuals and guidance materials, relating to security and resilience, including— (i) protecting community water systems from cyberattacks; and (ii) responding to cyberattacks;; and (3) in paragraph (6), by striking 2020 and 2021 and inserting 2026 through 2031.
