SEC. 1. REAUTHORIZATION OF THE SOAR TO HEALTH AND WELLNESS TRAINING PROGRAMTrack this section →
(a) In general Section 1254(h) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300d–54(h)) is amended by striking fiscal years 2020 through 2024 and inserting fiscal years 2025 through 2029. (b) Rescission of funds Of the unobligated balances in the Nonrecurring Expenses Fund (009–90–0125) of the Department of Health and Human Services, there is rescinded $20,000,000.
