This Act may be cited as the Healthy Food Financing Initiative Reauthorization Act of 2025.
SEC. 2. HEALTHY FOOD FINANCING INITIATIVETrack this section →
Section 243 of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 6953) is amended by striking subsection (d) and inserting the following: (d) Funding Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section— (1) $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; (2) $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; (3) $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; (4) $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; and (5) $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2029 and each fiscal year thereafter..
