This Act may be cited as the Restoring Essential Healthcare Act.

Section 71113 of Public Law 119–21Public Law 119-21View official source on GovInfo is repealed, and, in the case of any items or services furnished as medical assistance under a State plan (or a waiver of such plan) under title XIX of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.U.S. Code — Title 42, Section 1396 and followingView official source on GovInfo) by a prohibited entity (as defined in subsection (b)(1) of such section 71113) during the period beginning on the date of enactment of Public Law 119–21Public Law 119-21View official source on GovInfo and ending on the date of enactment of this section, payment for such items and services shall be made as if such section 71113 had not been enacted into law.
