This Act may be cited as the Saving NSF’s Workforce Act.

(a) In general Until the date that full-year appropriations for the National Science Foundation for fiscal year 2026 have been enacted into law, the National Science Foundation may not conduct any reduction in force pursuant to sections 3501 through 3504 and 3595 of title 5, United States Code. (b) Application For the purposes of carrying out subsection (a), such subsection shall be in addition to any other authority with respect to adverse personnel actions, including chapter 75 of title 5, United States Code.
