This Act may be cited as the Anti-Cash Grab Act.

(a) In general Section 213 of division C of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 (Public Law 119–37Public Law 119-37View official source on GovInfo) is repealed, and section 10 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2005 (2 U.S.C. 6628U.S. Code — Title 2, Section 6628View official source on GovInfo) is restored as if such section 213 had not been enacted. (b) Effective date The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enactment of division C of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 (Public Law 119–37Public Law 119-37View official source on GovInfo).
