What this bill does
In plain words · AI-written from the official summaryCreates travel and tourism working group for USMCA
This bill asks the U.S. Trade Representative to push for creating a Travel and Tourism Trade Working Group when the U.S., Mexico, and Canada review their trade agreement. This group would meet to talk about how to make North America's travel and tourism industry more competitive globally, boost exports, and share ideas about policies and new initiatives.
How it affects you
This mainly affects people who work in or run travel and tourism businesses in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada—like hotels, tour operators, and airlines. The working group could help these companies compete better and grow their business across North America, though the bill itself just sets up the conversation rather than creating immediate changes for most people.
