This Act may be cited as the Veterans Affairs Opportunity for Small Businesses Act of 2026.

Section 8127(h) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking paragraph (3); (2) by redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph (3); and (3) in paragraph (3), as redesignated by paragraph (2), by inserting established under the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 631 et seq.U.S. Code — Title 15, Section 631 and followingView official source on GovInfo) before the period at the end.
