This Act may be cited as the End Warehouse Detention Act.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, amounts appropriated or otherwise made available under Public Law 119–21Public Law 119-21View official source on GovInfo may not be expended— (1) to purchase a warehouse or to contract with the owner of any warehouse for the purpose of detaining noncitizens; or (2) to repurpose, operate, staff, or maintain any warehouse owned by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or U.S. Customs and Border Protection to accommodate the detention of noncitizens.
