SEC. 1. TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026Track this section →
(a) Qualifications for judge advocates Subsection (a)(1)(B) of section 806 of title 10, United States Code (article 6 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice), as added by section 561(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (Public Law 119–60), is amended to read as follows: (B) maintains a license status in good standing that provides eligibility to practice law;. (b) Authorization for award of the distinguished-service cross to Isaac Ike Camacho for acts of valor in Vietnam Section 592 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (Public Law 119–60) is amended by striking posthumous in the section heading.
