This Act may be cited as the Expanding Capacity for Health Outcomes Act of 2026.

Section 330N of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254cU.S. Code — Title 42, Section 254cView official source on GovInfo–20) is amended— (1) in subsection (e)— (A) by striking The Secretary may require and inserting the following: (1) In general The Secretary may require; and (B) by adding at the end the following: (2) Grant to network The Secretary may award one or more grants under this section to an entity or entities representing a network to include 3 or more organizations each with experience in operating technology-enabled collaborative learning and capacity building models. At the end of the grant period under this paragraph, the network shall use a shared dataset to demonstrate the impact of technology-enabled collaborative learning and capacity building models on health outcomes for one or more significant public health issues as identified by the Secretary, such as an infectious disease with increasing incidence, or a chronic disease with increasing prevalence.; and (2) in subsection (k), by striking 2022 through 2026 and inserting 2027 through 2031.
