This Act may be cited as the Depot Data Transparency Act.

SEC. 2. MODIFICATION TO ANNUAL REPORT ON DEPOT-LEVEL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKLOADS BY PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTORSTrack this section →

Section 2466(d)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking each Defense Agency, the percentage and inserting “each Defense Agency— (A) the percentage; (2) in subparagraph (A), as so redesignated, by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (3) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (B) the dollar amount of such expended and projected funds, respectively, disaggregated by covered depot..
