This Act may be cited as the Military DEI Repeal Act of 2026.

(a) Diversity requirements for selection boards Title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in section 573(b), by striking the last sentence; (2) in section 612(a)(1), by striking the last sentence; and (3) in section 14102(b), by striking the last sentence. (b) Pronoun policy repeal Section 986 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed.
