That the Senate— (1) recognizes the 100th anniversary of quantum mechanics and its profound impact on science and technology; (2) celebrates the contributions of scientists, engineers, and innovators in the United States in advancing quantum science; (3) reaffirms the commitment of the United States to maintaining leadership in quantum research and development; and (4) supports efforts to raise public awareness of quantum science and its potential to shape the future of computing, security, healthcare, and industry.
