That the Senate— (1) recognizes President Donald J. Trump in bringing all available Federal resources to bear through Operation Warp Speed to counter a novel pathogen; (2) commends President Trump for his steadfast commitment to partnering with the private sector to save lives, protect public health, and revitalize economies; and (3) recommends that President Donald J. Trump be awarded the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize, in recognition of his accomplishments and legacy of saving lives.
