Section 480(i) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1087vv(i)) is amended by adding at the end the following: (6) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), benefits received under subsection (a) of section 18 of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1769) shall not be treated as other financial assistance for purposes of section 471(3)..
