Section 2976(b)(4) of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (34 U.S.C. 10631) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by striking; and; (2) by redesignating subparagraph (B) as subparagraph (C); and (3) by inserting after subparagraph (A) the following: (B) use arts education to facilitate reentry into the community, reduce recidivism rates, and connect offenders to educational opportunities and employment after reentry into the community; and.
