The requirements of section 4001 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7101) shall apply to a State educational agency, local educational agency, or other entity receiving a grant or subgrant under this section in the same manner as those requirements apply to an entity receiving an award under title IV of such Act.
