Implementation coordination assistance

The Assistant Secretary for Education and Cultural Affairs, is encouraged to enter into agreements with allied or partner countries, and, in particular, in allied or partner countries that have entered into trade agreements with the United States as well as corporate entities, and other appropriate organizations to create forms of assistance for the purposes of supporting and sustaining the development, implementation, administration the American Manufacturing Revitalization Program authorized under this title.
