In carrying out the program established by section 202(a), the Assistant Secretary for Education and Cultural Affairs is authorized and encouraged to consult, as appropriate, with Manufacturing USA and other relevant manufacturing, technical, and workforce organizations to inform the identification and selection of other priority manufacturing sectors to cooperate with when carrying out the program.
