Amounts

(a) In general For each fiscal year, amounts from net additional customs duties attributable to covered tariff actions, after refunds, drawbacks, and administrative adjustments, shall be made available to the Fund in such amounts as are necessary to provide assistance for documented net tariff injury under title I, subject to the availability of such receipts and applicable appropriations law. (b) Availability Amounts made available to the Fund shall remain available until expended.
