Clarification of preparation, presentation, or prosecution of a claim under a law administered by Secretary of Veterans Affairs

Section 5901 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: (c) Exclusion The administration of a medical examination, or the completion of a report with respect to such medical examination, as described in section 5125 of this title, shall not constitute the preparation, presentation, or prosecution of a claim under the laws administered by the Secretary..
