Section 1890(d)(2) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395aaa(d)(2)) is amended— (1) in the first sentence— (A) by striking $11,030,000 and inserting $20,030,000; and (B) by striking March 31 and inserting December 31; and (2) in the third sentence, by striking March 31 and inserting December 31.
