Section 501(c)(1)(A)(viii) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A)(viii)) is amended— (1) by striking $3,000,000 and inserting $7,500,000; and (2) by striking for the portion of fiscal year 2025 before April 1, 2025 and inserting for the period beginning on October 1, 2024, and ending on December 31, 2025.
